At Evergreen Somatics, we believe in the power of holistic healing and the importance of connection, to self and others. Our counselor, Lisa (she/her), is dedicated to helping individuals find safety in their bodies through practices that enhance nervous system regulation and embodiment.

Lisa specializes in sexual abuse trauma, birth trauma, relational trauma and 'reclaiming pleasure', offering an inclusive and attuned space for healing.
